Einat logo

Einat Medical market and distribute a range of medical devices. The rod of Asclepius in the logo also forms the letter “e”. If you were thinking that this is a caduceus then you’d be misinformed. The caduceus has two snakes and wings.

A similar symbol is mentioned in the Bible in the Book of Numbers (Numbers 21:6).

Then the LORD sent poisonous serpents among the people, and they bit the people, so that many Israelites died. The people came to Moses and said, “We have sinned by speaking against the LORD and against you; pray to the LORD to take away the serpents from us.” So Moses prayed for the people. And the LORD said to Moses, “Make a poisonous serpent, and set it on a pole; and everyone who is bitten shall look at it and live.” So Moses made a serpent of bronze, and put it upon a pole; and whenever a serpent bit someone, that person would look at the serpent of bronze and live

EQE logo

Logo for a quality assurance manager. Although the “tick mark” idea has been used before, I’ve tried to incorporate it in a new way by using the box shape of the stylized letter “Q”. The Web 2.0 effect also adds to the updated look.

English Energy logo

Print

Words have a very powerful energy. The client who invented the English Energy method of teaching English was very specific about what he wanted in his new logo. This stylised “e” is based on one of those impossible drawings (such as the impossible triangle seen here) where the inside becomes the outside. The idea of connectivity was important to the client and the original idea was to design something based on the Mobius strip but as a large bank in the region uses this as their logo, the idea was dropped. By the way, the Mobius is a fascinating mathematical object which you can learn more about Here.
